In Punjab government civil hospital is only for legal formalities

It has been said that health is wealth but today it seems general public’s health is not secure in the hands of ruling party, to preserve good condition of one’s body, in the time of disease the medical treatment must be available at the door step and it is the mandatory duty of every government to provide medical facilities to every citizen of India to survive.

In Punjab the medical facilities provided by government in civil hospital all over Punjab has a pathetic and miserable condition.  In government hospital there is no proper infrastructure and medical staff to look after the patient.

Ludhiana is the metropolitan city of the Punjab but the civil hospital of this city disclosed the government’s health services to the common man. In this hospital senior doctor, accountant and other staff sit in a small duty room where the doctor check up patient who got wounded in any scuffle or fights and medical staff keep busy to register their MLR.

If there is any emergency patient admitted in civil hospital there will be not spare/extra doctor to provide first aid medical treatment to patient.

There are always a number of MLR cases and on duty doctor cannot handle all patient at a time. As a result ordinary poor patient could not get proper medical facilities in emergency time. The hygienic condition of wards and toilet is so bad. There is no proper medical staff to care the patient regular.

It seems, government civil hospital is made for the treatment of prisoners and a place of post mortem an examination and dissection of a dead body to determine cause of death or changes produced by disease or to complete legal liabilities of MLR to procure medical report all time police personnel roaming in the hospital. 

A private hospital of merely100 sqd yard provides more facilities to a patient but in civil hospital there is not a single person responsible to attend patient. In civil hospital doctors have over burden of legal work all time to prepare legal report of all post mortem, admitted prisoners health report and MLR.  

If government wants to welfare of the citizens must have to change their criteria policy to provide medical facilities to general public and take appropriate step to provide medical facilities to a common man in civil hospital. There must be separate department and doctor teams for legal work as MLR, post mortem and prisoner’s medical checkup.

Private University and Collaborator

The higher education of India has been reached in the hands of politician, bureaucrats and business men as result a number of state universities has converted pious education system into money generate profession.

There is fresh example of EIILM University, it has made a business of multi corers rupee within month now it is a lucrative business in their eyes if we see present scenario of education system it is cheating with their own morality and with them who deals in this profession of education.

Who is behind this scam of malpractices in the education system, It is not hidden our legislature, executive, present political and bureaucracy is involved in this education scam of private university. All over India there are a number of education agents who deals in education business and contact with private universities.

In every state there has been grown up education Mafia in the sector of higher education system. This Mafia is known by the name of education agent or collaborator of university. In the beginning if any private university come into the existence across India. These agents and collaborator rushed immediately to newly university. They make an agreement or contract with the private university that they will pay advance 8 or 9 million rupees to university within a month but they put one condition that the work of students mark cards will be done very swiftly with their consent.  After contract with university they open new study center all over states and give franchises of university to small school and institutes and get franchises fees from small school owners.

Private university’s collaborator has made education so cheap that you can get any degrees within a minute. Students pay huge fees to the private university to get admission in university. But collaborator provides such degrees in minimum fees without attending university or campus. No doubt the private universities need money for new infrastructure and faculty but the procedure of collecting money to sale degrees to students by media agents is not good. It is also clear that the national collaborator pay million of rupees in advance to private university. After getting token money from national collaborator private university do work with the consent of registrar, exam controller and vice chancellor to arrange degrees for collaborator.   

All over India EIILM university’s collaborator has looted students and study center’s owner with both hands and in this loot thousand of mark cards of the EIILM University are pending in the university. In Delhi I got contact a study center Madam from Luckhnow who paid five lacs rupees students fees to one national collaborator of university but two years have been passed collaborator has not given any students result or mark cards and he demands balance five lacs rupees fees of the students in advance he said if she has to clear the result of all students. She told that she has been seated in Delhi to get result from this collaborator of EIILM University for last week.

Not only above said Madam there are a number of study center’s people who has been duped by EIILM university collaborator. The collaborators have opened their own office in New Delhi and Faridabad. They have looting students and councilor with both hands and demand more fees even they have not issued a result of previous students. How councilor may pay more fees to EIILM University. Day by days these national collaborators of EIILM University are increasing fees and charging double examination and admission fees even though they have not conducted examination of the students.

After all the main cause of the down fall of higher education in India is national collaborator of all university who mint money from students to provide degree by easy way without examination, study or hard work.  University Grant Commission and CID, VIGILANCE and CBI may investigate all private university’s collaborator and their activities how they provide degrees and certificate to the students with the connivance of university staff. To ensure quality, state and central Govt. must act in tandem. But state should take action faster against university’s collaborator doing malpractices in the name of education with the dubious universities across India.

It has been seen that Hindu people are so tormented in their life. They find easy solution to free from this and start to visit the self proclaimed Guru, Sant, Baba and Peer Fakir rather to follow Karma.

In my neighborhood there is one person who has been self proclaimed Peer Baba aged 38 years. Peer Baba in his residence at third floor made a PEER Baba MAJAR that is covered with green cloth. Middle, upper middle, educated and business men people come to his residence to get their work may be done with the blessing of this PEER BABA. This Baba has four car and smoke cigarette continuous all over night to answer the question of devotee.     

It seems that the conscious of Hindu has been dead and they find money and peace of mind from a common man who is only a human being just like us and this Baba with his trick makes a public fool and enjoying luxurious life.

 If the govt. cannot interfere in this field to ban it I suggest govt. to take this profession of PEER BABA in their own hand it is lucrative business and appoint some people who may fulfill the demand of ignorant people who want to become Crorepati  within a day.

Primary education is basic first requirement of every learner to get proper skills and knowledge.  But in India now with the blessing of politician and bad corrupted bureaucracy it is not required to children study in primary school. It is gone are the days when children used to learn alphabetical, short stories, essay and write a application to get a leave from school.

All over India there are number of board has been opened. The aim of this system is to educate all  without reading or writing. On the web site there are a number of boards that is providing degrees but these boards have not any  proper records of any students except internet website. The director of such type boards  print degrees and sale it to agents .  In Delhi, a number of education boards are supply degrees all over India, such types of boards as a delhiboard.org, delhiboard.in, bhsedelhi.co, bhsedelhi.com, bhsedelhi.org, csseducation.org, cshedelhi.in, bsedudelhi.org, bhsedelhie.org, bsssedelhi.com, www. Bhse.co.in, bhsedelhi.info, www.bhsedelhi.indn, bhsedelhi.co.in, bhse-delhi.co etc. internet has provided a great facilities to education Mafia to flourish their business without any interruption. No media, govt. or public bother to this malpractices and fleecing students. Education Mafia has killed the primary education as a result without reading or writing anybody can pass higher secondary within a hours to pay huge fees.

Daily there are advertisement in news papers do higher secondary/ matric class without passing  eight class. Education Mafia has opened a number of fake boards all over India and their agents are working in every nook and corner of India to supply 10^th and +2 degrees. It seems there is no education criteria of primary education  if  there are some norms, rules and regulation of the education it has been lying in the files. Bureaucracy and politician  has ruined the basic education. Education Mafias are selling degrees and collecting millions of rupees, dividing shares among  politician s and bureaucrats.

All these board are running in small  places there is not a single school that is affiliated to these boards where teachers teach to students in daily classes.  Pay fees to agent and get degree within the hours. Above said education board has very quick services and the owners of these boards live a luxurious life, enjoy in five stars hotel.   It is a very lucrative business to sale basic education and earn millions of rupees with the  help and connivance of corrupted  politician and bureaucrats.

I think it has been very difficult rein it.  There is not any government law to check this malpractice that has been stick with basic education in our country? Is there any education minister, CBI, MHRD,  education department to investigate this education Mafia.  Or we may think it is legalized in corrupted country where everything is on sale.

Treaffic Police

9th October 2012 due to personal grudge one police sub inspector challned my Activa near fountain chowk when I was attending my mobile phone standing at the road side near this chowk. At the opposite site sub inspector known to me very well challaned my Activa under MV Act 1988, violation of section 71, 66, 40, 2.
After getting a challan I immediate filed a complaint to police commissioner against this Inspector who has misbehaved with me due to personal grudge to accomplish his work.
Today, regarding this case I have interacted face to face with ACP North at Police Kotwali after six month. I told my all grievance. He smiled and asked to me why had you not filed fine till today, immediate he warned me that they will bound my Activa and put it back side of our compound, uttering these words he kept continuous smile on his face ( may be he pondered how foolish citizen like me dare to challenge a police Inspector in that regime where justice is denied, innocent, honest, patriotic, social worker and intelligent educated civilian are punished).
I wondered and got strange after hearings the words from the mouth of a police officer who has been appointed by govt. of India to provide security, liberty, equality and justice that is written in the constitution of India. By constitution law it is my right to seek help from police against injustice and grievance.
Sir I am law abiding citizen of India and pay numerous taxes to govt. I have RC, Driving Licensee and the matter of Helmet it is not required in traffic congestion areas where a commuter cannot pass the road on foot. I am owner of the Activa, filed complaint to the police commissioner to seek justice from higher police authority but all in vain. In the ACP office when a police officer make a fun to the complainant instead to guide or help. I know if I will write or blame to police personality they will entangle me some fake cases. But I do not fear from any miserable result and its consequences. I will raise my voice against corruption, injustice, inequality, liberty and arrogant behavior of bureaucrats.
I filed an application to police for justice but investigation police officer ACP North warned and teased with me to bound my vehicle instead of provide justice. It is shame such type of arrogant police officer who misuses their rank and abuse to applicant what can we expect from such type of educated trained matured IPS officer who has no sense how to deal with public.

Education in small school

We are really foolish or govt. is more intelligent than citizen. Central govt. provides corers of rupees grant to education to eliminate the illiteracy.

In Punjab especially in Ludhiana a number of economically weaker family who has their small resident in slum areas. Someone educated from these families are running small school in their bed room and drawing rooms to teach private students without any govt. help.

Punjab govt. education policy to provide education to all has been converted into money making to fill the coffer of politician and bureaucrats. Education department has collected millions of rupees from such kinds of small school in the name hygienic and safety ground. It is mandatory for approval. In the govt. school there does not apply any hygienic or safety condition for approval.  All the sample of drinking water from various govt. school has been failed.

One side govt. open ANGAN BARI school in small houses and pay salaries and other expenses to teacher if anybody open small school for children’s to provide education to them in their locality.

Other side private small school teacher convinces the parents of children in their locality to get admission in their school and charges minimum fees from migrant labor’s children. State govt. imposes numerous conditions, house taxes and threat to close such type of private home school. There is hanging sword on the heads of private school’s teachers.

State govt. how will provide self employment and education to all if it will not allow private people to open small school to teach neighbor’s childern.

It has been seen that under govt. policy to collect more and more revenue, now wine shops are opened in all nook and corner of the street for public DRINK and DESTROY HOME LIFE.

 Education dept. of state govt. has written one slogan outside the wall of govt. school PAPA NA PEO SARAB SAHNU LE DEO IK KITAB (papa do not drink wine and give us books). No response? GOVT. Policy.

What is non sense law, policy and ideas of govt. to provide education to all and it ban self employment teacher who run small school in their home. At last shame to me and public who is bearing all this politicians and bureaucrats manipulation.
